Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service or hospitality experience
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, such as:
    • Front-line retail
    • Call center
    • Customer service
    • Sales
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently, in a high-stress and fast-paced environment and perform multiple tasks while paying close attention to detail
  • Highly motivated and organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Google Suites and Microsoft Office
  • Must have an energetic, friendly & outgoing personality
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills with all customers, owners, co-workers, and management
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all cases involving clients, client aircraft operations, and when dealing with sensitive or security issues
  • Willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays with on-call shifts as well
  • At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
  • Familiar with Jet Insight or similar aviation scheduling software, and the Aviation Industry is a plus but not required

Job Responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound flight requests from all clients via phone, email, or text. Ensures all booked flights are input into the scheduling system and sends itineraries for clients. Ensures focus and efficiency of scheduling.
  • Ensures that all information for each flight, including catering, car rental, routing, passengers, etc, has been accurately collected
  • As customers request changes or cancellations, ensure that all data is appropriately changed or canceled and communicated to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
  • Confirm ground transportation/Catering in positions prior to departure/arrival as needed
  • Monitors the status of all planned flights and flights in progress from the point of origin to the final destination (flight following) 
  • Resolve service requests, questions, or complaints and escalate as needed. Following up with owners about service issues and escalating as necessary
  • Develop a good rapport with customers, owners, and their assistants to ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times
  • Identifies, anticipates, and takes corrective action to minimize actual/potential delays due to scheduling operations, crew legality, and maintenance issues. Advises appropriate personnel of potential/actual delays and conditions affecting the safety of flight
  • FBO selection and database upkeep, coordinate catering requirements and other passenger requirements with the FBO
  • Facilitate open communication, team spirit, and team concepts with Company pilots, fellow coordinators, maintenance, and office personnel
  • Follow safe, efficient, and regulatory-compliant practices
  • Maintaining an upbeat and professional appearance and attitude
  • Any other requests by management

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $55,000/annually
