About the Role:

The Mission for this Position:
The Maintenance Control position is the "hub" of aircraft maintenance activities and is the primary point of communication between the maintenance department and all other interfacing SkyShare departments. All AOG events and recurring monthly maintenance items involving aircraft transition in and out of maintenance department control go through the Maintenance Control Department. You will support the management of various aircraft such as PC-12s, Citations, Challengers, Gulfstreams, and Embraers.
We need a self-starter who is experienced with jet and turboprop maintenance practices and aircraft maintenance publications and equally knowledgeable about overseeing an entire fleet's maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid and current FAA Airframe and Powerplant License
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintaining turboprop and turbine-powered aircraft
- At least 3 years of maintenance control experience in a Part 135 environment

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of 14 CFR regulations and associated guidance material applicable to maintenance and alterations of aircraft operated on a 14 CFR Part 135 air carrier certificate
- Experience being a part of a team, contributing to a safe and efficient maintenance environment.
- Experience and/or factory training on Pilatus, Citation, Gulfstream aircraft (other similar aircraft will be considered as well)
- Highly motivated and organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently in a high-stress and fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience with Maintenance Tracking Programs and Operation Scheduling Software
- Familiarity with aviation maintenance and inspection programs
- Ability to prioritize individual tasks to completion in a multi-task environment
Compensation:
- $70K - $80K, depending on experience.
- The schedule will be an 8 on / 6 off.
